I initially took a ring in when one of the small diamonds on the pave setting fell out and they fixed it like nothing had happened and fixed some of the other prongs. We just left there picking up a custom ring and the whole process was made so easy, I had been communicating with Frank and a few others about the settings and stones and it took me some time to make up my mind but they were responsive every step of the way, once I picked everything they had the custom ring done within the week! It was such a great process and everything looks stunning! Definitely recommend them for any of your needs.”
