“Super Friendly staff! If you live near the Villages or Wildwood, this office is way more convenient to ship things or to rent a PO Box from than any other in the area. Never had a wait.”
“Tiny town post office but I’ve always received helpful and quick service here. Coming from Gainesville where the lines are long and the clerks seemed unhappy this is a nice change of pace. I’m always able to ask questions with regard to shipping rates and make sure what I’m sending is handled appropriately.”
“I spoke with Julie after a package was mistakenly delivered to a wrong address. She was so kind and tried to get ahold of the delivery driver to try and get the package back to deliver it to my house and when she couldn't get in contact with the driver she personally left the office and went to go retrieve my package and deliver it to my door step!! Thank you Julie for being such a help!!!”
“Hey so I love the store when I go, how attentive they are. How i have everything at my disposal , and everything is available. Very helpful people. BUT THE PEOPLE THEY SEND OUT TO DELIVER, left me a slip for a signature needed. A few , how would I know if these were delivered to my parcel box! I don't check my mail every day. And if a signature is required, (which by the way, i put to waive the needed signature thing) WHY WOULDNT U BRING IT TO MY DOOR? OR DO YOU EXPECT ME TO WAIT ALL DAY AT PARCEL BOX DOWN THE STREET. COME ON MAN!”

“Never in my life have I written a review about a post office, but after the good service I received here, I had to write a public thank you note.I came here a few days before Christmas to ship some things on a Saturday morning, and I got here about 25 minutes before they opened at 8:30 am.Two workers saw me in the parking lot and they said, “ma’am, you can come in now, and we’ll help you.”This was 25 minutes before they opened!!I laughed, and said, “thank you so much! I am here to send off some packages for Christmas!”Then one of the workers came over and said “ma’am, can I help you with the packages?”I drove up here from my home 30 minutes away because this is the only post office that opens at 8:30 AM on Saturday, but this may be my new favorite post office for everything. I am still in shock that they opened 25 minutes early just to accommodate an elderly woman trying to ship things out for Christmas.There are no words to say how grateful I am for their kindness and thoughtfulness.”

“This Post Office is one of the better ones I’ve visited. I like that the certification/confirmation of mailing forms are out in lobby rather than having to spend 15 plus minutes in other post office’s lines just to ask for this form. I like to have it completed zBEFORE I get to window.
