“Always a good experience. Helpful employees, good parts stock. I have a fairly rare modern-ish car and very rarely have any issues finding maintenance parts in stock.”

“I was there to test the battery. Christian checked it and informed me it was good. He asked me if I had any other problem. Once I told him about the issue, he told me it could be spark olug or ignition coil. He said the store can also check it. Eventually, he figured out it was a ignition coil. He went above and beyond to find the problem. Great customer service.”

“Will always come here for any battery need from now on. Very nice people very helpful. Brought battery to them to buy new — auto parts store test unit had deemed old battery as burned out. They always check anyway and found it was completely discharged not a drop left in it and explained test would be impossible without at least attempting to charge it. Which they did (I left it with them to charge). Received a call next morning to let me know the battery was perfectly fine and plenty strong — it was simply deeply discharged — no need to replace. They could have sold me an almost $200 battery but chose to verify the auto parts store’s diagnosis. How’s that for an honest business? I will do everything through them. Not only for my family but also for the small fleet of trucks I manage at my branch of a nationwide fuel supplier. Declining one sale in order to be fair and treat people honestly now has gotten them what will be my loyalty forever. Thanks you guys!! -Bob. “I can almost always find what I am looking for here for my automotive needs. Very upbeat, professional and courteous. The employees are up to date on their parts line, and what separates brands. This is important to me so I can make the most informed decision on my purchase. Just bought 2 AGM batteries there, so their Veteran's discount saved me over $30.00. Definitely recommend.”

“Miss Patty at the front desk went above and beyond to help me find my part. I was even calling it the wrong name and she went as far as to call other stores and she helped me figure out that I was making the mistake by asking for the wrong thing. She is the one that you want. She's a real go-getter. Thanks Ms. Patty. I appreciate you. You're worth every penny. If I come back in there I'm asking for you personally”
