Cook's was recommended to me by a trusted tire repair service when I had a double blowout due to road debris. Because of what the driver described as an office snafu, I waited 2 hours for a tow truck midday. Very disappointing experience & won't call Cook's again or recommend them.

If you get run off the road by a semi and fall in a ditch or just get stuck somewhere, this is the place to call and Daniel's the man to ask for. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and got the job done in a jiffy. I definitely recommend to anyone who gets into a pickle.
