“Extremely friendly knowledgeable staff at this location. definitely not something you see at a lot of rent to own establishments. While I was in there the manager was working the floor and on more than one occasion I heard him going above and beyond not just to new potential customers in the store but their current customers who were calling in to make arrangements because they're struggling just like the rest of us. I live in New Warrington in Pensacola and I will absolutely drive back to Pace to make my purchases at that location and I try my best to stay out of Santa Rosa County LOL”

“After a very stressful 24 hrs of not having an iPhone (due to mine overheating and refusing to turn back on), Katelyn and Mitch saved the day! They couldn’t have been more patient or knowledgeable. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour and they answered all of my questions and patiently walked me through the entire process of buying a new iPhone and got it activated for me.”

I then went to the Cordova Mall location hoping to get help only to be told he can’t do anything and told me to call tech support ?. We then went to the Pace location and met with Matt. He and another employee named Andrew went over and beyond to get the watch not only working but scanned over our One Talk planned and corrected numerous errors a previous employee made.
