“Went to add a line to my plan and got the pleasure to meet Myra, the Cricket employee. I have to say that was the most pleasurable customer service experience I've had in a long time. She was extremely knowledge, helpful friendly and professional. I've had Cricket for close to 20 years now and have been in stores from Texas to Florida in numerous occasions and Myra is the absolute best. Not to mention she got us taken care of with new phone activated and out the door faster than I've ever been in any store. Cricket should recognize her. I will continue to refer people to Cricket and I'll tell them to see any of the ladies there that I've dealt with but Myra stuck out.”

“The overall experience was good. Easy to find products and shopping. Large wide open aisles. Easy to find pricing. I didn't feel like I was shopping in a warehouse at all like some other Big Box stores. It felt more like a department store than a budget store. The atmosphere was calm and quiet. They have a grocery area and was well stocked. The store was super clean. No shopper employees who pushed the customers out of the way was an amazing experience. The check out there were no long lines of waiting and it was easy at checkout.”

I was able to find the nearest Metro PCS store from my wi-fi only tablet at home and take screen shots of the directions to get to the store before they closed. I thought my insurance would cover a replacement, and I felt desperation. K, the angel working there, turned the entire situation around for me. She is an absolute blessing! She was so friendly, informative, helpful, and reassuring. In spite of my despair, she remained calm and courteous, and helped me find the perfect upgrade to suit my needs. She stayed after they closed to activate my new phone, and ensured that my data, contacts, and photos were transferred over before I left. God bless you, K!
