“I purchased a master bathroom Viatera quartz countertop to replace my laminate one. Mike, the associate at Home Depot was very easy and helpful to work with including providing me with a good price. He then set up the rest of the process including the measurement and installation by Stone Interiors of Cantonment FL. The installation team did a great job. I am very pleased with the entire experience.”

“I love how this store is clean and always have what I'm looking for when I come. However, the customer service is not the best. There has been more than once occurance that I have been at the counter and they'll stop to answer the phone, help the person on the phone, and then get back to me. The lady this morning, Denay, didn't want to do my tax exempt sale and did the same thing. This isn't the first time. The cashier's tell me to go to customer service to checkout for tax exempt and customer service tells me to go to customer service. Some consistency would be appreciative.

There was an incident when I was told to go to customer service to check out. There was a long line at customer service, but I waited. A salesman/ solicitor walked in and line jumped everyone and went straight to the counter to try to solicit Lowe's business. Rather than telling him to go to and wait in line like everyone else, they clogged up an entire cash register lollygagging and talking to this man. Leaving one clerk to wait on everyone and what was already a backed up line. It took three and male employees to stand around in lollagac with the salesman. Meanwhile, the cashier was left to tend the long line by themselves. The cashier did get the line by themself and then they all dispersed after she was able to get the line down.”

“This was a lowe's window order on block construction. Paul measured and the windows fit like a glove. Chris installed my windows and did an excellent job with no damage to my concrete block. Cody was the helper was excellent as well.Arrived exactly when they said they would, called on their way so I could get there in time.Professional, courteous, knowledgable and skilled!!!!”

“I went to Tractor supply to buy a pair of boots for picking trash along the side of the road. A very nice lady approached me and ask if she could help me. We both wear a size 10. “My husband sent me to the store to get chicken and rabbit food. It was my first time at tractor supply and I had no idea what I was doing with what brand and had no idea how heavy the bags were going to be.

The employees Troy and Marcus were so kind, patient, and helpful (with my three young kids with me too).

Troy helped explain what the best value bags were and the benefits of our reward card -like free deliveries.

Marcus was so kind and helped me shop for the bags, pushing the cart, and helping me load everything into my car- all with a smile and helpful attitude.

I would have had to leave with nothing if they didn’t step in and help. What started as an overwhelming experience turned into a nice experience with an admiration for Tractor Supply. 10/10 recommend this location and their exceptional employees.

“I went over specifically to bring in some kitchen fluorescent tube lights when I found out that Lowe's recycles them, which is awesome! (Home Depot doesn't..?boo!). The young lady at Customer Service also graciously offered to take the long, narrow mattress box with Styrofoam that I had brought the tubes in. Bravo Lowe's! ??????????✨✨✨✨✨”

“I like Home Depot. But I like it better when the people that work there try to be helpful. This seems to be the exception rather than the rule at this particular Home Depot. I assume it’s a managerial problem. Other Home Depot I go to in Pensacola people greet you ask if you need help not so much at this one. That’ll probably change maybe they’re under stress for some reason or another.”

“Overall a great home DIY store, however went to purchase a step ladder and all were covered with concrete dust, see photo. The entire section is used to store excess concrete sacks above the ladder selection so they are all caked in dust. Had to hose & scrub down before indoor use. Nobody seemed to care when I brought it up at the checkout. So beware if you need an indoor ladder.”

The man that night was very uncaring for us as costumers, he just wasn’t interested in helping us. So, we came back today to find someone else to help us.
