“It is funny over the years that you look at every brick and mortar business and how they changed. I did have verizon a long time ago, but their service I had in pensacola was disappointing at best. I decided to switch to AT&T. At the time because of some Features, Verizon didn't have at the moment. I shopped around. When do each brick and mortar in the pace area? And could I believe the difference in the customer service levels. Verizon went above and beyond. Thank you very much to Andrew for setting up my business account And I believe his name was brian to finish it up. I could be wrong. What's the name I do? Apologize to that. But nevertheless the service What's off the charts good”

“Good experience completing a phone exchange. However, poor experience with the screen protector. An initial employee placed a protector on, but because it had bubbles near the top, she said that if it remained an issue that I could come in and get a new one for free. Later, when I did so, a different employee had a passive aggressive attitude, put on the wrong screen protector, and placed it on slightly crooked. The poor customer service makes me not want to return.Update: before 3 stars, now 5 stars. The manager Andrew fully rectified my experience with the screen protector and compensated me with the correct one. He also gave excellent customer service. I am very happy with the final experience and highly recommend.”

“I originally was going to cancel my service because I’ve been dissatisfied. My internet was constantly going in and out. I called to have someone come out and check my connection. Finally, a technician that took his time and was thorough. The technicians name is Dimitri. I’ve waited a couple of weeks to write this review, to make sure my WiFi has continued working. I have not had a single issue since Dimitri replaced lines in my attic and outside. He made sure he checked every area. Come to find out, I had a couple of bad lines. I have never had consistent connection since I’ve lived here, which has been 9 years. I’ve changed internet service when my internet wouldn’t work. Really, every technician has always stated, “its working fine now”, only to leave the problem there. So, I want to thank Dimitri for his excellent service and attention to detail. He saved this company from losing business.”
