“I was glad to go in to the Pace Verizon store today. It was a pleasure working with Casey, who helped me get set up with a couple new phones, and even helped me save money by checking to make sure I was getting all the credits and discounts possible!”

5010 Bayou Blvd Ste 109, Pensacola FL 32503
“Only reason I took a star away is because I bought a phone from T-Mobile and it malfunctioned the same day and simply broke by itself 3 months later. I know they receive the phones from Apple so it’s not their fault but I still got it from T-Mobile regardless and the fact that their only option is for me to get it fixed somewhere or buy a new phone kinda sucks. However…a wonderful team works here. I went in crying and walked out smiling…with a higher bill of course.”

“I had to take my elderly mother- in-law by the other day because she was having trouble getting into her account and wanted to upgrade to a smart phone. Kelvin was very patient and kind while trying to get her the best deal he could. He went above and beyond by helping her set up an email and teaching her how to use it. The place was very clean and professional. Highly recommend.”

“My bf and I were in today to pick up some items that we ordered online, 2 new phones and a watch. The customer service here is absolutely amazing!! We were greeted and helped by B.B. and Kat, who were both knowledgeable and kind. There was also a gentleman behind me helping an elderly customer and he had the patience of Job. Bless him for his kind heart. Experience was great and this is the store we’ll be coming to from Milton. Thanks again, guys!! Have a great day!!”
