“I own a local irrigation company and our phones are our lifeline to the community. I had an issue with a new Apple Watch and tried calling Verizon’s tech support number over seven times only to get an overseas person reading from a script everytime. I then went to the Cordova Mall location hoping to get help only to be told he can’t do anything and told me to call tech support ?. We then went to the Pace location and met with Matt. He and another employee named Andrew went over and beyond to get the watch not only working but scanned over our One Talk planned and corrected numerous errors a previous employee made. If you want something done this location is where to go and these two employees are who you want to talk to!! Hydraflow Irrigation and its owners are forever grateful, thank you!!”
