Lowe's ProServices is a great place to shop for plants, appliances, or lumber. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, greeting each customer and asking if anything is needed. The store looks sharp and clean, and the price is competitive. Self‑checkout is new, so patience is needed. Customers have never been disappointed with the service, though prices are sometimes high today.

We have been to MANY Lowes. They are all very helpful if we need anything. Today, we were greeted by every employee that we saw and many asked if there was anything we needed help with. We are purchasing wood and having it cut to size. We have never been disappointed in the service. Just wished the prices weren't so high......
