“My person was very knowledgeable. They was able to answer and explain to me all of my questions about the services and products I enquirered in.
The only disadvantage was I have to miss out on 6 mammoths of free WiFi for my vehicle and home because I can’t get the same price that’s being offered on the app for my vehicle as to a pose to in store rates”

“Awesome customer service and very fast & efficient….Had to get a new SIM card & we live in Milton, FL so we usually go to the ATT store in Pace but we were in Pensacola FL yesterday on Hwy 29 in Ensley so we decided to stop there & the employees were much nicer and more accommodating than any of the employees at the Pace store…. Those people at the Pace store are just downright rude and unprofessional and we’ll NEVER go back there again.”

“Given I had only 1 shot of JD before entering. The gentleman working was up front and sincer about my issue with my phone. Im glad I purchased this phone from cricket and will continue our relationship as well. I hate to leave out 1 star yet I feel the store was under staffed and being overwhelmed at my point of entering, for business!”

“I was dissatisfied with AT&T. What the associate should have been able to do but he was not because they are limited with what they can do. I have to call 611 for tech support which is an inconvenience for me to have to do it over the phone. They should be able to help you or call for you instead of the customer having to do it.”
