I've had Cricket for close to 20 years now and have been in stores from Texas to Florida in numerous occasions and Myra is the absolute best. Not to mention she got us taken care of with new phone activated and out the door faster than I've ever been in any store. Cricket should recognize her. “i went to return my phone for a promotion but i missed the deadline by a couple months. i never got his name but the guy with glasses and blonde hair was so helpful! he called the other store my new phone was shipped from on my behalf and was able to still go through with the promotion and give us credit back for the phone. i live far away but i will 100% be back for any other phone issues!”
