But, in the past we’ve had nightmare experiences changing plans or upgrading phones….difficulties in the data/content transfer, time-consuming, etc. We approached the store with trepidation. What a different experience with Lawun Johnson at the 9th Avenue store in Pensacola! She has years of experience and swept through the process…figuring out what the best deal was, the most efficient way to maintain our phones and content….all with a wonderful gracious approach (and a kind indulgence of my husband’s and my goofy humor). “What a great experience I had today at Verizon when trading in my apple XS phone. Quan helped me from start to finish. He was so personable & polite and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He took care of all I needed for my new apple 15 phone. He also showed me the 15 pro, in case I was interested in more GB or an even higher quality camera, but the phone felt too heavy in my hand. I wholeheartedly recommend the Verizon office on W. Nine Mi.Rd & Pine Forest Rd. Please, you must ask for Quan! You’ll be in excellent hands!”

“Awesome customer service and very fast & efficient….Had to get a new SIM card & we live in Milton, FL so we usually go to the ATT store in Pace but we were in Pensacola FL yesterday on Hwy 29 in Ensley so we decided to stop there & the employees were much nicer and more accommodating than any of the employees at the Pace store…. Those people at the Pace store are just downright rude and unprofessional and we’ll NEVER go back there again.”

“The associate's here are very kind & very helpful. The only problem I have "nothing to do with the store" is I wish Cricket would sale Top-Up cards at convenient stores. It would make it so much easier & convenient for some people. In stead of having to go to a Cricket Store. Other then the Top- Up problem. To me Cricket has the best Pre-Paid service. That's just my opinion!! Keep up the great work Cricket Byeeee ☺︔

“Hello,Yes my experience at the Att on Nine Mile Rd,was the best I have had a long time, they really are a friendly staff and they greet their customers as soon as they walk in and ask how may they can help you. And treat you like you are somebody not just a person standing need help and they will get with you when they can. They come and see how they can assist you right away because that shows that's its not just not a job it's they love what they're doing and that they're doing care for people. And that's what makes people want to come back if the atmosphere is good.
