“If you live in Pensacola take the extra minutes drive to get top tier service even while being busy and internet connection issues. Things would have been period not other issues that was out of control of the store. Everyone from store manager and district manager were excellent on all levels. Dominique’s help my family and I through all difficulties and remained patient throughout the whole process. He was determined make sure we had all our devices before we left. “I was dissatisfied with AT&T. What the associate should have been able to do but he was not because they are limited with what they can do. I have to call 611 for tech support which is an inconvenience for me to have to do it over the phone. They should be able to help you or call for you instead of the customer having to do it.”
