“After a very stressful 24 hrs of not having an iPhone (due to mine overheating and refusing to turn back on), Katelyn and Mitch saved the day! They couldn’t have been more patient or knowledgeable. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour and they answered all of my questions and patiently walked me through the entire process of buying a new iPhone and got it activated for me.”
“I own a local irrigation company and our phones are our lifeline to the community. I had an issue with a new Apple Watch and tried calling Verizon’s tech support number over seven times only to get an overseas person reading from a script everytime. I then went to the Cordova Mall location hoping to get help only to be told he can’t do anything and told me to call tech support ?. We then went to the Pace location and met with Matt. He and another employee named Andrew went over and beyond to get the watch not only working but scanned over our One Talk planned and corrected numerous errors a previous employee made. “I was dissatisfied with AT&T. What the associate should have been able to do but he was not because they are limited with what they can do. I have to call 611 for tech support which is an inconvenience for me to have to do it over the phone. They should be able to help you or call for you instead of the customer having to do it.”
