I have to call 611 for tech support which is an inconvenience for me to have to do it over the phone. They should be able to help you or call for you instead of the customer having to do it.”

I was in and out of the store in less than an hour and they answered all of my questions and patiently walked me through the entire process of buying a new iPhone and got it activated for me.”

I then went to the Cordova Mall location hoping to get help only to be told he can’t do anything and told me to call tech support ?. We then went to the Pace location and met with Matt. He and another employee named Andrew went over and beyond to get the watch not only working but scanned over our One Talk planned and corrected numerous errors a previous employee made.
