“I shopped around to find a business who could replace my I phone 13 battery and Fix4Less was by far the most affordable.... located at 2618 W. Fairfield Dr. Pensacola. The young man that assisted me was so helpful and the repair was done quickly ! When I picked up my phone, he educated me on way to avoid the same problem in the future. The fee was very reasonable. If you have a phone problem ... look no further that FIX 4 LESS.
I would rate more the 5 stars if I could!!! 100%!”

He gave me a price quote and said he had the Battery in stock and it would take 30 minutes to change. Went to the East Nine Mile store and it was done in 25 minutes while I waited. This guy knows his profession and is extremely knowledgeable and competent in his business. Don’t go anywhere else ! TechShield is the BEST! Thank you Jeremy:)))”

“Only reason I took a star away is because I bought a phone from T-Mobile and it malfunctioned the same day and simply broke by itself 3 months later. I know they receive the phones from Apple so it’s not their fault but I still got it from T-Mobile regardless and the fact that their only option is for me to get it fixed somewhere or buy a new phone kinda sucks. However…a wonderful team works here. I went in crying and walked out smiling…with a higher bill of course.”

Kelvin was very patient and kind while trying to get her the best deal he could. He went above and beyond by helping her set up an email and teaching her how to use it. The place was very clean and professional. Highly recommend.”

“Went to add a line to my plan and got the pleasure to meet Myra, the Cricket employee. I have to say that was the most pleasurable customer service experience I've had in a long time. She was extremely knowledge, helpful friendly and professional. I've had Cricket for close to 20 years now and have been in stores from Texas to Florida in numerous occasions and Myra is the absolute best. Not to mention she got us taken care of with new phone activated and out the door faster than I've ever been in any store. Cricket should recognize her. I will continue to refer people to Cricket and I'll tell them to see any of the ladies there that I've dealt with but Myra stuck out.”

“The Cordova mall location has the most courteous, knowledgeable and helpful folks working there. McKenzie guided me to the location that I needed to be and introduced me to folks to help very shortly after I entered the store. Mak and Tim helped resolve a challenging situation to get my lost cell phone replaced and keep my number. It took a bit of time but they kept trying different approaches until they found the solution. Joey found and did a fantastic job of installing a great case and privacy screen on the replacement phone.
I have been shopping at this store for years and have always found the staff to be great.”

“I called them about getting my cracked spider web iPhone screen fixed, and they said they had the screen part and could get it done in 30mins. I showed up and they got my iPhone screen looking brand new with a much durable screen within 20mins! I don’t have any issues with my iPhone and everything runs smoothly. The customer service is top notch, they are really friendly, and they are really knowledgeable on fixing and building any PC, iPhone, Nintendo switch, gaming monitors u throw at them. I highly recommend them and will definitely come back to get my iPhone fixed again.”
