“I love just walking in with my Amazon returns. As long as you don't have to wrap anything, you just walk in there and there's a zip zip transaction and you're gone. The staff is top-notch I have never had an issue with any of them.”

“I use this place almost daily and every time they are polite and fair. They have everything I need for packaging and if they don’t they either get it or tell me where I can find it. 5 star isn’t enough!!”

“I wanted to take a moment to leave a review specifically for Elvis, because he was an absolute pleasure to work with and truly went above and beyond to help me. Last Wednesday, August 19th, I visited UPS Store #3971 to have a document notarized, scanned, and emailed. I followed all of the required steps, including providing my ID, signing the notary book, and completing the paperwork. Unfortunately, I found out almost a week later that the document had never actually been sent. When I contacted the original store, I was told there wasn’t a way to retrieve the document and that I would need to come back with my receipt and pay to have it notarized again. When I explained the situation and asked to speak with the owner, the experience became very frustrating and, honestly, disappointing. I was even hung up on during the conversation, and no apology was offered afterward. At that point, I contacted another UPS Store hoping someone could help me figure out what to do. That is when I spoke with Elvis. Elvis immediately apologized on behalf of UPS and said, essentially, “You don’t have to worry about that. Come to my store and I’ll take care of you.” And he did exactly that. This wasn’t even his store, and this wasn’t his mistake or his responsibility, yet he took the time to listen to me, understand what had happened, and make the situation right. When I arrived, he notarized my document without hesitation and made sure I was copied on the email so I could confirm it was actually sent. I honestly would have thought Elvis was the manager because of how professional, accommodating, and genuinely helpful he was. I’m going through a lot of challenges right now, and having someone simply be willing to help, listen, and do the right thing meant more to me than he probably realizes. Customer service like that makes a HUGE difference. Elvis, thank you for going above and beyond for someone who wasn’t even technically your customer or your problem. You represented UPS beautifully, and I truly appreciate you taking care of me when you absolutely did not have to. UPS is very lucky to have an employee like you!”

“I accidentally ordered a print job (spiral bound training manual) online, and after I had paid, it stated that it was going to be delivered in one week. I needed it the next day. So I called the store and spoke with Hannah, who went above and beyond to figure out how to get the order to the local store so she could print it for me and I could pick it up the same night. Hannah went above and beyond with her customer service, which I truly appreciated!!!! When I arrived, the document did not have a back to it, and she took five minutes to add that for me with " it won't be a problem at all." Thanks Hannah!”

“Omg! The first person I asked that happened to be stocking didn’t know anything and was not willing to help me. Then I saw Sean sitting in the front desk by the doors.Shawn was amazing! He even knew where my needed item was that wasn’t even on the regular shelf. Then he noted that two of my items I needed were on special sale so I bought extra. He even understood about my specific ink problem. He went out of his way to check the situation and resolve problems. Plus, he was nice, funny and so polite. I will definitely return to the store because of him.”

“I do a lot of shipping and returns through this UPS Store, and they've always taken great care of me. I've had business cards, menus, and poster boards printed here, and the quality has been excellent every time. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One of my favorite features is the self-service return station. I can walk in, scan my return, drop it off, and be back out the door in just a few minutes. Easy peasy. The ladies who work here are awesome, and they make every visit quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend this location for shipping, printing, and returns! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
