“I'm not a give a review kinda guy! But I have to send out a huge thank you to Donnie and his entire staff at PIP Printing! I needed a tiny job printed and mailed to me along with an extra envelope and stamp so I could forward the document on to Ca. after I fill it out. I'm disabled and its extremely difficult for me to go out. I called 4 corporate chain stores and spoke to 11 different people with no luck! Not even close! I called PIP and Donnie the manager answered the phone I explained my situation and even though they don't sell stamps and he would have to go buy a book somewhere he said he would figure out a way to meet my needs! There is 0 customer service in the world we live in today! We're herded like cattle and lucky to get a hello or God forbid a thank you! The courtesy and professionalism at PIP was way above normal customer service! I highly recommend using them for all your printing needs!”

“Thank you for helping me today. Another patron assaulted me with one of your kiosks and then accused me of having a fire arm and you all intervened. He even waited for me in the parking lot and tried to follow me out. I quickly got behind him and got his plate number and attempted to call 911 for assistance, but because I was in full PTSD mode and was having a hard time calming down, and the operator wasn’t properly trained in de-escalation, I was told, since I continued to talk over her, she couldn’t help and she hung up on me. I tried to call back, but I guess her buddy sitting next to her decided she didn’t want to help either and said to make a report. I was being stalked like an animal out of the parking lot with valid fear and had just been assaulted and had explained I had PTSD. I was in a trigger. Oh well. Guess we’ll let the crazy dude do his thing and follow me home where my children are. I’m scared. I’m confused. Anyway, thank you to all the employees and customers who had my 12 and my 6. That’s what’s up, actually. ✊? I’ve never experienced that before. Word.”

Kim consistently greets helps and thanks each and every customer whether they are in her line or not and is always apologetic to anybody who has had even the shortest wait time! I have noticed many times that the other employees don’t even acknowledge the customers coming in, but Kim never misses a face and is always happy and genuine and so helpful and professional. She is truly an asset to the store and UPS!”

“I accidentally ordered a print job (spiral bound training manual) online, and after I had paid, it stated that it was going to be delivered in one week. I needed it the next day. So I called the store and spoke with Hannah, who went above and beyond to figure out how to get the order to the local store so she could print it for me and I could pick it up the same night. Hannah went above and beyond with her customer service, which I truly appreciated!!!! When I arrived, the document did not have a back to it, and she took five minutes to add that for me with " it won't be a problem at all." Thanks Hannah!”
