I normally didn't like to return items due to the hassle, but The UPS store makes it hassle free returning Amazon items.

We pulled up as the lady was locking up. Without hesitation, the woman offers to ship our package and welcomes my husband in to take care of his shipping needs. Not only did she give exceptional customer service, but she also did it, with a guest first attitude that you don't see often.
