“Great range of products! You find what you’re looking for most of the time. TBS is one of the biggest comic book stores in the Florida panhandle, and they have helped bring community to the nerds in the area. However, I feel that the staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming during a particular visit. My girlfriend and I waited in line to buy what we had found, and after the person in front of us left, the cashier completely ignored us so he could hang out with his kid for a minute. Someone else had to alert him to our presence. We both felt very ignored in that moment and I have heard testimonies from my girlfriend about how unwelcoming they are to women. I understand that TBS is family owned, and I have no problem with a father showing love to his son, but in your place of work, you should also prioritize the needs of the customer, and make them feel welcome in your space.”

“Great little bait and tackle shop. The owner is always friendly. Sometimes you have to wait for her to come out of the house. She always has live bait . The only bad thing is cash only. So just plan ahead and bring cash money. I enjoy shopping with her. Support your local small business .”

Went to Dick's and as soon as we entered the fishing area we were greeted and asked if we needed any help! Steve was very helpful with everything we needed! From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by the friendly manager who told me her name was Rayna and she helped me with my purchase of hats I was gifting and from beginning to end she was so helpful! She really made my day. My family and friends loved the hats I picked out for them of all their favorite sports teams and I will be returning soon!”
“Wife purchased Adidas shoes from Adidas on line, they were too large. Returned them to JD Sports, she found a pair of New Balance that cost more, manager just took our trade in and called it even. Next time JD Sports will be our go to store for tennis shoes.”
