“There were three noteworthy employees at this location:
1. Sean was a saving grace when it came to installing a hitch on our Honda! He let me know ahead if time of what his work schedule was since he was the only one able to do the maintenance. Then penciled us in last minute the next day! Professional and courteous!
2. Isaiah was expeditious with completing our reservation on the day of pick up. He installed our 4x9 trailer and briefed us on good towing practices before heading off.
3. Cybreuna was the people's champ later in the day. After packing up our 26' truck I needed to come back to get the auto trailer installed. I did not have knowledge on how to do so. Even though it was at the end of her shift, she stayed to ensure that we felt comfortable operating each part of the rigging system to secure out car for towing.
The only issue was we got charged for a utility dolly and did not receive it. After getting home I forgot we had one in the shed, so it was not needed. Due to our time crunch I did not have time to get this rectified before moving out of state.”
“So I called Tracy the day before I had to pick up my truck because they had me going to a different location that was way out of my way. Tracy had suggested I call U-Haul. So I did any was able to get it fixed. So the next day comes and Tracy greeted me at the door and helped me with the process… everything went smoothly. I would recommend this U-Haul if you need a truck or just even a storage unit…”

“My five star review is for the employees, as the rental equipment is average and of the condition that one would find at any location. We rented a truck for a move to Miami and had a few glitches. The employees stayed late on a Saturday afternoon to help us so that we were able to stick with our plans. They were super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.”

“I called ahead on Saturday March 23, for a last minute trailer rental right before closing time. The Lady who helped me, saw I was stressing, so she did everything in her power to help. She was polite, calm, helpful and efficient. Thanks to her, I made it to my destination safely and on time!
