Zinnia Health Lake Okeechobee is a drug, alcohol, and mental health treatment facility located in Pahokee, Florida. Our center has forty-four beds for detox and residential clients. Our clients receive round-the-clock medical supervision and begin their recovery within a structured and safe environment. All clients are medically assessed upon arrival and receive ongoing care under the medical director, registered nurses and receive psychiatric services as needed. Conditions treated include substance use, alcohol use disorder, and mental health.
