My autistic son went for treatment at Dignity healing in Florida and Crystal Lake Healing Florida. He was admitted under metal health for depression and anxiety.Very quickly he was isolated from family and then incorrectly diagnosed and then improperly medicated. Over medicated so that he is now void of emotions and feelings. He was supposed to be gone 21-28 days and it has now been 49 days! He is just 18 and was put in with older adults. The staff has brainwashed him to believe he is an addict and they have told him he can be on a scholarship to continue his care. There is no scholarship and now at the Crystal Lake healing location he has been given 80$ a week for groceries. He bought groceries for other residents and they gave him cash and he was able to go and get a tattoo with the cash! No one answers phones at these locations and Christopher Bailey is a horrible individual. When I spoke to him about my son he was not professional, he was rude, condescending and gave me zero options or solutions. Zinnia health bills fraudulently and anyone considering sending their loved ones to any ZInnia Health location should know they are an insurance scam!! They only care about your money and they do not truly care about their patients! Run away from them. They lie from the intake call all the way to the end and I still am not at the end. I don't have my son back! This experience has up ended our lives! I'd give a zero star review if possible.

I came here to overcome addiction to Kratom, and I can safely say this place changed my life. The group facilitators offer a wide variety of perspectives, but all share in common a great deal of compassion, understanding and erudition. The therapists are kind and supportive, and the general staff is extremely helpful, approachable and non-judgmental. It feels easy to get settled here and become part of the community. And the cooking is incredible! The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. The group rooms are nice spaces, and there are lots of opportunities to organize games and other recreational activities. I learned here that I do not need substances to have fun and feel comfortable in my own skin. Thank you dignity healing!

NOT AS ADVERTISED** Would NOT recommend. I got the medication I needed in order to get my mental health back on track. Their financial practices are extremely shady. The facility is very dirty inside the residential rooms covered with dust and crawling with small cockroaches and lizards. They forced me to go to the emergency room for a chest X-ray when I didn’t need one and then billed my insurance for it, leaving me with another bill on top of the other ridiculous claims this place made on my insurance. The call center completely lied to me and told me everything would be covered by my insurance and that all I would need to pay for is my plane ticket there and back. Then after I had already been there almost a week, they told me I was out of network and forced me to sign paperwork saying I could owe them up to 10,500$. Needless to say I completely regret trusting the person on the other end of the phone and the online advertising is extremely deceiving. There is no consistent everyday therapy, there are cameras in all of the rooms, yet people still hooking up with each other all over the place. I’m extremely disappointed in my experience like I was lied to and deceived from the beginning about what the cost would be for me to be there for three weeks. FIND ANOTHER PLACE, THIS ONE IS NOT AS ADVERTISED.

I have a loved one that is in this facility he is my fiancé. I have been calling since Friday to speak to him. I’ve left three voicemails and nobody has gotten back to me. I’ve been getting the runaround smh this is ridiculous. I’m just trying to check up on him to make sure he’s OK. This place is very unprofessional. When I finally got through to somebody, they hung up on me smh I can’t wait until he’s out of that place

This place saved my life. I did not want to be there but I was welcomed with open arms and felt comfortable from the begging. I never intended to come to this place and come out with anything positive, but I learned about myself my issues and how to cope. Much love to Maria, Dustin and Manny for always making sure I was ok. I received more then I anticipated and left with a family and community. Thank you to all at dignity. Much love!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I need to recover after my experience here. This place was rotted. It was a step up from jail. You are confined to a small property off of a highway no where near Lake Okeechobee. South Central Florida is disgusting. The humidity and stagnant air were unbearable. The rooms had roaches, lizards, and wolf spiders. There were horrible smells throughout the whole building. Every room had mold and mildew with water dripping from the AC units. Somebody would open your door every 30 minutes throughout making good sleep impossible. The clinical staff, the reason I came to be helped, was incompetent. The company built this place up over the phone to get me to go. They even flat out lied telling me the best trauma doctor in the U.S. works there and would work with me. I knew multiple people who were there for 3 weeks and had not seen a therapist. I am disgusted.Barbara the resident Nurse Practitioner is a nightmare. She disregarded medication I said worked for me in the past and would guilt trip me and others into taking medication. She handed out little bibles to people. Be careful of her. She is frightening and religious with no common sense. We were never allowed to use our phones. The "snacks" provided were so unhealthy. Cheetos, Doritos, you name it. No real juice. The food was the worst part. Everything was heavy and had meat. When I was having trouble eating, they ran out of Ensure for 4 days. Idiots. They also told me if I didn't get my Ensure right and lunch I would have to skip it. Concentration camp crap. The only redeeming quality was the techs. They were kind and understood our concerns. The people that were there were the best part. We bonded over the disgusting experience we all head.

The stuff are really nice and helpful, I was able to speak up and tell my story with out feeling like someone was going to look at me in a different way. The chefs are really good. It was nice to have a good meal being there. They do need to have more things to do when classes are over. They have the same games to play with every day. Also the trips seem to be more for kids like a petting zoo for people in there 20s and 30s don’t really want to do that. Also when it’s time to go to outings they are picking on who can go. You can’t have your phone so it’s sad when you miss your family but the staff are good to let you call

Hi, so I can tell you this place is good for rehab reasons. But they called me about 5 times trying to GET me there, and it was like the second I showed up there they stopped caring because I wasn’t there for a rehab, they told me they newly started incorporating mental health with the program andI admire that, however I have never seen tech staff that cares less about the clients than this place. There’s a select few that care genuinely but I and most of the people I was there with stated that we feel most of them were there for the paychecks due to the fact that everyone was almost always on a personal call and always had the attitude like they did not want to be there. The food there put me in the emergency room (not the chefs fault, he didn’t know about my diet) and the techs yelled at me and laughed at me as I was getting in the car PLEADING that I don’t want to go back. I’ve been in and out of therapy for 15 years and I have never felt less cared for than when I was at this location. They make fun of the clients when they think no one can hear them. If you don’t care about the clients then you shouldn’t be working thereLet’s not forget they tried to lie to my husband about my progress to keep me their longer (I have notebooks and folders full of proof I did participate regularly and with my best abilities)I was also huddled in the corner having an anxiety attack and EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER just walked right on by without even so much as asking if I was okay, if you are having anxiety and wanting to calm down they won’t even attempt to try, they just say “go take your meds” like pills will be the magical savior of my anxiety, I was there to learn new coping skills to help in my future anxiety episodes but instead they always told me to pop a pill and not help me breathe or calm down. They need better training for mental health if they want to incorporate mental health in their program.

It's a great place to go if you are in need of any kind of help. The people here are what make it great! I definitely recommend even if you aren't very sure about what you may need.
