Had Cruise Control sensore on my Navigator repaired there, the work was fine, but they overcharged me on parts BIG TIME! Over $700 for a $160 part and well over $100 for a $33 part. This is why dealerships have such bad reputations.

My experience with Allison Cannon was excellent!! She went above and beyond for us, she got us where we wanted to be in price plus a newer model than what we were looking at! She put us in a 2021 Nissan Versa!! Allison is very honest and truthful! Plus she had all the paperwork in check, just an amazing Sales Consultant ?
I would definitely recommend her for your next vehicle!!!

My family bought a used car (2021 Voyager) from this dealership in April 2024. We had our car less than a week before the engine was overheating and was not drivable. We were told by the mechanics that are currently working on fixing our vehicle that the $3500 in damage was caused by a fitting not being put back on properly. These mechanics also told us that there is virtually no way this was not a known problem when the car was sold to us. It should be illegal to be a certified dealership and have this type of customer service… all I can say is BUY THE WARRANTY. You’re going to need it.

My experience with this place was AMAZING!! Jennifer Attanasio was very helpful. My mother and I both got vehicles in the same day. I would recommend everyone to check out this place, when looking for a new or used vehicle. Jennifer's knowledge of the vehicles were outstanding. I learned a lot before even leaving the parking lot. Good luck trying to get a job with them the older guy who interviewed me told me he was willing to give me a shot i told let me get stuff sorted out at my current job he said ok just give me a call sometime in the week when i did he ignored my calls and seen my text i went in on my lunch break to ask if he was there he was and lied to my face saying that he told me he would call me that monday or Tuesday and never did

Don’t really know what’s going on with this dealer. One sales person tells you a car is in stock, the rest can’t find it in the system. Called them in the morning about a truck and told them I’d like to buy the vehicle: two calls and several texts later didn’t get a call back. Finally at closing they text me and said oh sorry selling to someone else right now. Poor way to operate.

False advertising. Other companies you can tell it's a scam, but they do a really good job at making it seem as though it's legit. It's not legit. I can't imagine why they would lie to who knows how many people went there.

Went in with paid off trade and was duped into going into a lease questiond wording and was assured I owned the car didnt owe any more now I'm stuck with a car I cant drive and lost all my money I'm a senior citizen that that cant afford to loose like this
