“We at Diyac Services find the Palatka Mobile Home Depot very knowledgeable and helpful although I occasionally have issues reaching them by phone.due to what seems to be their provider. Or maybe its me?”

“Great place great prices and very helpful salesman behind the desk. Went in to get 300 screws fine thread nuts and a drill bit and a piece of all thread. Could t beat the price of under $30 for all will be doing business with this place from now on. Better prices than home Depot or Lowe's and better service by far getting people who actually know what they are talking about and willing to help find the best product for me.”

“I have never been to a more helpful harbor freight, ever. The staff clearly enjoyed working together in an effective way. Nobody stood around waiting for something to happen. Everyone was proactive in offering help or simply saying hello! I had a return and needed something different while I was there, it was just as fast as simply checking out. I was so impressed with the whole thing I bought a 2 year inside track membership. I have high hopes for HF bc this seems to be a trend throughout most stores recently. No, I don't flipping work there. Im just someone who appreciates excellent examples of what customer service used to be everywhere and understands how rare it is in chains today. Keep up the great work staff! Thanks for the laughs! :)”

“David, in lumber, was great. He walked us through what we needed for our project, helped us load very large lumber onto the cart and then into our truck... And was just a pleasure to deal with overall. Thank you, David!”

“They have more things then most home Depot but when I said hello to a few of the employees they didn't say a word which is odd. Policey to not say hi back when someone is being friendly? They were women maybe they thought I was flirting lol nope don't flatter yourself come down off your high horse I was just saying hello . Odd people over there I spend over 100.00 each visit so be thankful customers are paying your paychecks and humble yourself”

“This is a fantastic Lowe's store. We absolutely love coming here. I prefer Lowe's anytime over Home Depot any day. Today we bought one of their top of the line Weed Gas Trimmer, Husqvarna. Arden and Sam took their time with my husband explaining how the Gas Trimmer works, with Arden going above and beyond and helping my husband set up the trimmer after we paid. This gentle man, Arden, sat calmly on the floor near the exit and patiently assisted my husband in preparing the machine, and educating him on how it worked. Wow.... Wow .... What an amazing person Arden is, humble and kind, willing to help us. I have no words .... After the purchase, we went back inside to look for the additional items I needed. Rachel came to the rescue! She lived in Alaska, relocated to Florida and knew exactly how to solve our problem with the dripping water from our AC unit outside. She started with me, walked me to the product that I needed, was friendly and helpful and did not rush me at all! Then came Scott, manager, who showed us the options we had available to copper wiring. Again, a heart of gold, kind and helpful. We had a superb night at this Lowe's. Kudos to these amazing folks - Sam, Arden, Rachel and Scott. I'll be completing my survey as each of them need to be recognized for exceptional customer service, kindness and knowledge, but wanted to also write a lengthy, detailed review on Google. I hope the store manager recognizes each of these individuals for their exceptional people skills. They are a GEM! 💖🥰”
