Beautiful grounds with fabulous amenities. Kathy, (the manager) works with you so you happy when you move in and during your stay. The property management company makes living here a pleasure. Josh and the maintenance crew are always very punctual with maintenance request. The location has been nice being close to the water and downtown Melbourne. However the gate has not been working since I moved in and I was advised that internet is included whether you utilize it or not.
