I hit a deer on the 95 while driving north to Massachusetts and my entire drive was derailed! I waited hours for a tow truck only to get to a couple of nearby auto repair shops that would not even look at the car. I found Ace's on Google maps and gave them a call. John sounded very understanding and empathetic on the call, immediately reassuring me that they would try to do everything they could to get me back on the road again. The front bumper of my car was all messed up and my intercooler and radiator were damaged. Once I arrived, John assessed the damage and was able to get the parts for the next day! He even gave me and my dog a ride to our hotel nearby! My car was ready the next day on New Year's eve and I was able to get back on the road by morning.
