“Marc's Auto came through for me again with honesty and integrity. Avoiding a long story, it was just the battery. I made an appointment because I thought it was either the battery or the alternator (I had a few jumps to make it through the day). The night prior, I stopped at one of the local auto parts stores, and they ran a check and said the battery and the alternator were fine, but it didn't start this morning. I got another jump and went down to Marc's for my appointment today Wednesday. And less than 2 hours Marc's called me back with the good news that it was only the battery and not the alternator, and the battery was under warranty. So if you want to shop that will take care of your vehicle, Marc's is the place to go. The shop is down at the end of Minton next to Domino's Pizza. They also have a drive-up oil change right next door. Three cheers for Marc's Auto! A+”

They will not let you get repair that is not necessary and do not try to milk your bill. I appreciate that especially as a female. I went in there with a broken AC and fully prepared to pay out the you know what to have it fixed. Marcelo and his team looked at my AC and discovered the dealership hadn't plugged the compressor in good when they replaced my engine so it just needed to be plugged in. They could have easily said I had a broken compressor and charged me anyway. Multiple people in the lobby said that's why they come here, because of that very reason. No wonder the parking lot was full. Very happy new customer”

“I took my Pontiac with what I though was just checking new brakes we had replaced but turned out we had a serious ABS problem along with bad rotors, discs, calibers on and on..... they did everything within hours and had to order ABS part to come in! Bottom line is, the car runs great and feels safe. They fixed what was needed without any BS. The work is top notch quality and I will return for all my car needs.
