They are described as professional, knowledgeable, and gracious. However, the pharmacy experience can be mixed. One customer had a frustrating encounter, where a male pharmacist did not seem compassionate about their health condition, leading to a long wait time. In contrast, another customer had a positive experience with the pharmacy, as the staff member, Beverly, was able to find an excellent price for one of their inhalers. Customers also appreciate the various deals and discounts available at CVS, such as digital coupons, ExtraBucks, and sales on CVS-branded products. Overall, the store offers a great variety of products and caters to the needs of its diverse customer base, with the front-end staff often praised for their exceptional customer service.
Great variety of products of high quality. Customer Service Leader Jessica , Pharmacist Lee, and Store Associates Nigel and Tracey always go the extra mile for the customer. They are professional, knowledgeable and gracious. I am a senior and fine these qualities a rarity to find today. Much gratitude.

I use the CVS mail order for my prescriptions and they are always punctual.

I have had many issues at this facility, including poor customer service. I’ve decided to not deal with this place anymore. I will transfer my pharmacy prescriptions and shop elsewhere. Perhaps another Cvs or Walgreens.
