Elite is the best in body building coming from 235 I'm down to 205. Thanks to my Drill Sargent James. I set the trend here from a dangerously low sugar episode Elite keeps me on track on the straight and Narrow. Zumba with Sheena & Lori keeps my cardio on fire ? ? ?. ELITE FITNESS IS 10 OUT OF 10.

Elite fitness is where you should be. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and the gym has so many equipment. Alicia is excellent and full of fun. Would recommend elite fitness for any person looking to keep fit

James Hiit Class is tough but the instructor is torough. I recommend anyone to take his class.
