“I dropped in at CrossFit Palm Bay for a week and had an outstanding experience. Mike (owner-coach) was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and patient—he answered all my questions via text before my first visit and provided excellent hands-on coaching. He paid close attention to form and technique and made sure I was moving correctly. The coaches here are not only experts in their field, but clearly dedicated and passionate about helping members reach their fitness goals. The programming was challenging in the best way. Jess coached one of the days and was fantastic as well. The sense of camaraderie and support in this gym is unquestionable—whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to CrossFit, you’ll feel welcomed, encouraged, and motivated. Members and coaches alike are always ready with advice, high fives, and support. I can’t say enough good things about this gym, the coaches, and the community. I’ll absolutely be back whenever I’m in town visiting family.”
“This is a great class. The most important thing is that is consistent. Even during covid the instructor still managed to continue classes via zoom. You get a good cardio workout and it is a great group of people who attend. I can honestly say we are all friends and whoever joins us will be so included.”

Yeah, it's still more cardio machines than anything, but you can make it work if you're really committed.”

“Ok, where do I start?I have been a member of several gyms. This one Elite Fitness is by far the best one. The gym is kept clean, the employees are friendly ( like family ). The gentleman at the desk, who greets you is Juan. It starts here. You get personal greetings every morning.Rich, The manager, personal trainer, class instructor is good at what he does. He can find your weakness and help you to make gains. His classes are structured so that anyone can attend.James, personal trainer, class instructor. He is also good at what he does. He gets you to work muscles you never knew existed.For a good class both Rich and James team up to instruct a class on Wednesday mornings.All and all I recommend this gym to anyone, any age. You can get your body in better shape, and healthy.”
