“I have been going here for over 2 years. The gym itself is relatively clean but the bathrooms are hit or miss. Huge variety of equipment here especially with the remodel- they turned the basketball court into a weight room and moved other equipment around.
The customer service however is truly mediocre. The front desk staff may as well not be getting paid because every single time I walk in they are playing on their phones. When I hand my phone over to scan the code they don’t bother even make eye contact and acknowledge the members. The staff is just a bunch of kids coming in to work to hang out and talk.”
“Multiple attempts made to get a pricing sheet. Every request ignored. Why? Is there no pricing sheet? Felt sketch. 4 stars for cleanliness , nice coaches, great full body workout, and friendliness of people going.”
“There's only positive things to say about this gym! I've been doing the cardio kickboxing class for about a year and a half now and still love it. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Would recommend this gym to anyone that's looking for a fun, high intensity workout!”
“Ok, where do I start?I have been a member of several gyms. This one Elite Fitness is by far the best one. The gym is kept clean, the employees are friendly ( like family ). The gentleman at the desk, who greets you is Juan. It starts here. You get personal greetings every morning.Rich, The manager, personal trainer, class instructor is good at what he does. He can find your weakness and help you to make gains. His classes are structured so that anyone can attend.James, personal trainer, class instructor. He is also good at what he does. He gets you to work muscles you never knew existed. For a good class both Rich and James team up to instruct a class on Wednesday mornings. All and all I recommend this gym to anyone, any age. You can get your body in better shape, and healthy.”
“Coach P gets it. Ball is more than flash and talking stuff on the court. It is the fundamentals and the attention to the finer points that he excels at. I have been around the game 30+ years and Coach P is developing real basketball players that can excel at ALL levels.”
“I was looking for a new extracurricular activity for my daughter and me, and I’m so glad we found this place. I had quite a few questions before booking (about 20!), and every email I sent was answered quickly with friendly, detailed, and honest responses. They provided links, options, and guidance that made everything really easy to understand.
We booked a private session for two with Coach Kara, and she was absolutely wonderful. My daughter is a beginner and Kara’s teaching style was exactly what she needed—patient, encouraging, and very attentive. Safety was emphasized from the start, which I really appreciated, and the environment felt positive and supportive the entire time.
The booking and rescheduling process was simple—just an email and everything was handled smoothly. My little one connected with Kara right away, and it made the experience even better.
We’ve already planned to continue. Excited for this journey and highly recommend this company!
2 month update: My daughter and I are members now. We love it here ❤️
7 month update: we continue to enjoy our time here! Shout out to Coach Kara and Coach Ashley for being amazing coaches to my daughter and I ❤️???”
“Cody is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to helping people reach their goals and overcome injuries. He also does an amazing job of helping his clients with their overall mindset to transfer to their day to day lives! He is caring and very detail oriented when it comes to his programming and he does whatever he can to help his clients succeed. He also creates a welcoming environment where beginners will feel just as comfortable as advanced gym-goers, and his workouts and check-ins are actually fun. I cannot recommend him enough!”
“I love Curves. I started the interval training program to strengthen weak bones. Moving between machines and standing exercises with peppy music and reminders of when to move to the next position is the perfect program for me. The gym is open only three days a week, and that means I can't procrastinate. A lifetime of living with myself has taught me I will put off until Tuesday what I don't feel like doing Monday. This way, it's Monday or no way, so I've got to get out here. One needn't wear expensive gym togs; it's all women, many like me, a bit past our use-by date. Terry the gym owner creates a safe happy place. Best of all, my insurance pays.”

“Recruit is a no frills black iron powerlifting gym and is fully equipped with power racks, benches, plaforms, and all sorts of speciality bars and equipment
Members are cool and respectful, and everyone keeps the place organized and clean.
Not everyone's cup of tea for sure, but if you actually want to get strong and yoked, no excuse to not at least check this place out”
“Great Box! Coach Eric and his community were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Great WODs and plenty of equipment. Eric is truly a great owner and coach! Highly recommend!”
“I like the club. It's clean and staffed well. I don't like that they still have people using the 30 min circuit machines even though they aren't doing the circuit.”
“I dropped in at CrossFit Palm Bay for a week and had an outstanding experience. Mike (owner-coach) was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and patient—he answered all my questions via text before my first visit and provided excellent hands-on coaching. He paid close attention to form and technique and made sure I was moving correctly. The coaches here are not only experts in their field, but clearly dedicated and passionate about helping members reach their fitness goals. The programming was challenging in the best way. Jess coached one of the days and was fantastic as well. The sense of camaraderie and support in this gym is unquestionable—whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to CrossFit, you’ll feel welcomed, encouraged, and motivated. Members and coaches alike are always ready with advice, high fives, and support. I can’t say enough good things about this gym, the coaches, and the community. I’ll absolutely be back whenever I’m in town visiting family.”
“I heard alot of great things about this place. And I had the chance to go, but unfortunately they where closed at the time. I can't wait to see what they have on the inside, and to get to know the people and kids that go here. We need this place in our community it add lots of value not only to the sport but to the PEOPLE THE YOUTH AND THE COMMUNITY!”
“Maria is the best trainer!!We have worked with Maria, privately and in class, for about 9-10 years!!So bright and knowledgeable!!Classes are excellent!!Sharon and Richard!!??”
“Concept is different from other gyms: trainer led classes-everyone does the same exercizes as a team. But a couple times a week they have open gym if you want to workout by yourself. Anyway, they call there concept "metabolic conditioning" where you are lifting weights, doing cardio, pullups, crunches etc in each class. They mix it up everytime, but the goal is to help people advance their skills. Consequently, members do what they are capable of doing, often working out with other members who are much further along. Social atmosphere with lots of conversation going on during class. Not a place for people who prefer to be in their zone. Class includes a brief Christian message from a trainer and prayer requests. Aside from a few rowers and stationary bikes, there are no other machines like Nautilus. They just use bodyweight exercizes, a giant monkey bar rig. and there are plenty of different kinds of weights. No AC, just the worlds biggest ceiling fans.”
“The workers are friendly and the hours are good. They have a pool and hot tub which is very helpful for disabled individuals, like myself, to access for exercise.”
“This is a great class. The most important thing is that is consistent. Even during covid the instructor still managed to continue classes via zoom. You get a good cardio workout and it is a great group of people who attend. I can honestly say we are all friends and whoever joins us will be so included.”

“Space Coast Fitness & OCR is the best kept secret in Melbourne! Small classes for any level, welcoming family environment, and coaches that plan unique and well balanced workouts for all levels. I highly recommend this gym for anyone that wants to join a gym and receive almost a personal training experience in every class. Multiple classes offered from core, cardio, OCR training, to yoga and mobility. Personally, I have improved my overall strength, mobility, and endurance from my workouts here, and highly enjoy participating in OC races as a team.”

“Just got a very comprehensive tour of this gym by the friendly sales manager, Aaron. It’s miles better than some other gyms in the area. We’re looking forward to starting our membership!”
“I can’t recommend Krista at Crunch Fitness enough! She is knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about helping her clients reach their goals. Every workout is challenging in the best way, and she always keeps things positive and encouraging. Since training with her, I’ve felt stronger, more confident, and more consistent in the gym. If you’re looking for a personal trainer who pushes you while still making workouts enjoyable, Krista is the one to see. 5 stars all the way!”
“Nice employees and overall a mostly clean facility. I do have a really hard time being there because of the smell and the attempts to cover up the sweat smell but if you’re not super sensitive in the smell department it’s not a bad place to get your workout in.”
“Everything about it went well. What a great place. While in town visiting my old neighbor, I was able to purchase a week pass. Yes please. We worked out every morning. Wonderful place and people.”

“Anytime fitness #69
Gym was ok not on my top 20 but also not my bottom 20. Variety of equipment was alright, gym was very clean and excellent equipment condition. I also went at peak hour at 5pm and there was maybe 6 people in here so that was great. They had dedicated free weight convertible chest bench, separate squat racks from smith machines and ample space.”

“This used to be a good place to work out as a beginner. For the most part it still is.
Yeah, it's still more cardio machines than anything, but you can make it work if you're really committed.”
“Love the gym itself and the people around. Lots of good athletes. Pleasure to be surrounded by your kind. + it’s more toys than in Merritt Island location for example. Definitely will be back as often as I can. )
Thank you guys, great job !!! )
