Went in store Xmas Eve asked about the $99 iPhone and watch when u switch sent my son back for it as a Xmas present he was charged $238 for the phone no watch!! Just sad call metro they say go back to the store

I went to the metro store in the Publix plaza on palm bay Rd and Minton. I told the salesperson I needed a basic phone to add to my family plan. He tried to over sell me. I told him I will take my business to another metro store. He told me to expect the same. I went to the store on Malabar and met the representative "Jimmy" I am in my 50's ,used to be in sales so I know the tricks. Jimmy was fantastic! Knowledgeable, he knew the system, he understood what I was looking for, got me a lower price. I got real extras! He gave me exactly what I wanted without trying to over sell me. He was absolutely awesome. I highly recommend going to this store ask for Jimmy. A true professional,he won't BS you. Did I mention the extras? He REALLY HOOKS his customers up👍

What is wrong with that store.
Who is the Actual owner of that store
Someone needs to get on these employees.
.This store is empty 90 Percent of the Time. And yet No one Answers their store phone..
You go to the Store and if they need call metro Corporate.
They use their cell phones.
Ask them when you go to the store why no one answers phone.
They answer you with Our phone has a problem. It's being fixed.
I heard the same quote 5 Times already in 2 years. Meaning they really lazy to pick up a phone even when the store is empty not 1 customer
Metro customer service gives you 2 numbers
And yet you get a message saying no one is Available... What kind of a Business is that.

Nice store and nice friendly staff. Good supply of cell phones and accessories. If your looking for Oneplus flagship phones they don't have any. Best to go to Amazon or Best Buy.

This store is so rude just because I try to return something that stop working to day I bought it yesterday the lady with the baby is so rude Liz was not there the girl then theme she was being so lazy the the oder Manger won't give me her name and they call the cop on me because I try to return something that don't wok and the cop said I was trust pass they will not get 5 stars from me don't go to this place they won't help you
And they will not help you I was on the phone with customer service they did not want to get the phone all of them should get fire Liz is nice
