I had two extremely heavy boxes ( Amazon returns) and the ups employee saw me grabbing one out of my truck… struggling and he grabbed it and then grabbed the other. That was stellar and much appreciated and needed customer service. The store is in Palm Bay Florida off of Palm Bay rd and Babcock.

Person who helped me was able to manage 3 customers at once very efficiently. I was impressed with his professionalism but he also was able to be personal and friendly as well, a difficult thing to do with so many customers at the same time.
