“The most important reason is the comfort and simplicity of it all. You go into the store, they take care of you promptly and with some friendly conversation.. you have the option to scan your stuff yourself and put it in the little drop shoot or if you feel like you wanna have a human contact there is that as well. They have everything that you could possibly want or need if you were going to send a package and you wanted to be confident.. You don’t have to have anything but what it is you want to send and they will help you with the rest. With everything being so questionable these days, it’s nice to have a store that you can just go into and trust the process with people who are happy to be doing their job.. it was also nice to see a whole bunch of young people working hard trying to make a better future for themselves. I also appreciate the many physical stores UPS has. It’s nice that there’s drop off locations for all these different shipping methods, but I prefer to use the physical store and UPS offers me several physical stores all around me.”

“Great experience with the store on Palm Bay road. Christine was awesome helping me in the print department. Even helping me with her professional opinion made all the difference that I didn't realize. I would definitely go there again for all my printing needs. She is the best!!”

“Went to main hub to send a pkg back to internet company which wasn't open and found this store that was working on the same day. The store was crowed with lines of people backed up going out the door. Took 15 minutes to get to the front. The service person was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. With him I was out in one minute. Nice store.”

“Every experience I have in this store is great. Whether it’s returning something or shipping things out of the country, they’re always very helpful and go above and beyond. Plus the store renovation has made the store open and bright and super clean. Definitely my favorite UPS store in the area.”

“Creative and annoying method of delivery. If they had tied my delivery to a stationary fence It would have been funny. This was tied to my movable gate and could have caused great damage to my mechanisms. Grateful this has only been a one-time occurrence. Anyone else have a photo of a creative Fedex delivery?”

“Every time I go in there to mail a package the staff is friendly and the line moves fairly quickly. I appreciate this so much because I tried using the post office closest to my house and the staff there always seems annoyed and they are not friendly at all. Now I go out of my way to go to this one.”
