Walgreens is generally a pleasant and well-maintained establishment, with friendly staff and convenient locations for many customers. The pharmacy services are appreciated, though wait times can be long at times. Customers have experienced good customer service, including during the pandemic, with pharmacists showing genuine concern for individuals. While some minor issues have been noted, such as incorrect pricing on sale items, the overall experience at Walgreens is positive, with the store being clean and the staff providing good service.
Only downside is it take 3-4 days to get your prescription ready. The last time I went they failed to update that my prescription was ready to pickup, and then it took forever for them to located where my filled prescription was stored in their pharmacy.

They are very disorganized never on time, they refuse to pick up the phone. They always have trouble dealing with my provider.
