“Very impressed with Kevin! After 28 years with Verizon, I left due to an employee who lied about a promotion. Another employee later confirmed this. With such a lie to get out of an error, I took my business elsewhere...and I am so glad I did! Kevin was amazing! He is knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. He also explained every step in the process and was very transparent. No surprises at all. He worked to get us the best deal and plan that suits us. I am very happy with the help/service that Kevin gave us. It was a very great transaction and it is a good beginning for being a new T-Mobile customer.”
