“Karren helped me find one of the coolest lions head ring i had ever seen. I just had to buy it up. I went in looking for a gift for my son's graduation and left with one for him and one for me. Kerren and Josh found this killer John Hardy bracelet that I gave to my son and he was very happy with it. I love going to this shop because its always a great experience even when I don't find something to buy, the staff there makes me feel like I am one of them ( family ). The name of the shop reflects the staff there. Big shout out the Jihad he is the man behind the scenes , making everything happening and making sure the staff are doing their part. I watch other customers come in and he greets them like family , give them hugs or big daps. His presence really bring back customers. I have to admit sometimes I go there just to feel good when I am around all of them. Let's go LA Familia !”

“After a few diagnostics done at the Wellington Apple Store they told me that apparently my MacBook Pro 2025 had several issues including battery, RAM and motherboard. Since it's an older version they told me it was better to buy one instead of sending it to Apple for repairs. I was very disappointed as its my working laptop, it still looks good and truly wanted to save it.
I ended up giving up the fact had to purchase a new one, but then surprisingly they suggested to take my MacBook Pro 2017 to iTech and check how much they would give me for it. So I went there and met Hayden, he asked me what was wrong with it and I told him the Apple Store background story. I emphasized wanted to save it moreover due to this situation was impacting my business, it was critical for me. He took it back and performed some diagnostics and told me it was possible to save it.
Hayden is very knowledgeable and explains you in plain English so you can understand what's going on with your laptop and what they're going to do with it. I left my laptop only for 1 day, he worked his magic to fix it and my laptop was saved, and without sending it to Apple or been forced to buy a new one.

They diagnosed an issue with a brand new system i installed, took their time to explain what was wrong why it was wrong, and told me exactly what I needed to do to solve my issue. I even called back for a question I had while at home working on it and they helped me over the phone. Can't say enough good about them as people, and as a shop, Frank's is the place to go for car audio!”

“I see some complaints about unfriendly staff. I've been coming here for years. This 7-Eleven has a very particular milieu: Street people, landscapers, bicycle riders, business people, lottery players, beer purchasers, etc, etc, and it's very, very busy. Mutka handles it like a champ! Working the register, preparing the food, preparing the coffee and the roller items, and look how clean the place always is! She might seem unfriendly, but she's just thinking about the next task that she has to do. I'm sure she doesn't hear it enough, but we notice your hard work and appreciate you!”
