“I recently remodeled a guest bedroom in our house and bought everything at Pottery Barn. The staff were very helpful. I ordered two mirrors and decided to keep one but could not return the second mirror by myself. It was quite large and heavy! Ben from the Gardens Mall store was very helpful and actually picked up the heavy mirror on his way to work. Great customer service I'd say!! Thanks PB and Ben! Now all I need is a rug and a new ceiling fan!”
