“I was just in this at home location looking for a rug when I thought I had lost my keys (I had been distracted FaceTiming a friend 😅) long story short Jad was great and looked through every single rug organizer with me. They ended up being in my car because turns out I was so distracted I didn’t even bring them in with me lol. “I recently remodeled a guest bedroom in our house and bought everything at Pottery Barn. The staff were very helpful. I ordered two mirrors and decided to keep one but could not return the second mirror by myself. It was quite large and heavy! Ben from the Gardens Mall store was very helpful and actually picked up the heavy mirror on his way to work. Great customer service I'd say!! Thanks PB and Ben! Now all I need is a rug and a new ceiling fan!”
“Pottery Barn Kids has beautiful products and the quality is excellent. Everything feels sturdy, well-made, and built to last.
My only issue is the pricing. It’s definitely expensive, and some items feel overpriced. Still, the quality and design are hard to beat.”
