Saks Fifth Avenue offers a very large assortment of items, including women’s apparel, fragrance, clothes, shoes, underwear, home furnishings, accessories, and decorations. There is an amazing and great selection, with good selections of perfumes and cosmetics, and great brands in shoes. The sales on apparel are noted as being better than anywhere else. Customer service experiences vary; the staff at this location is described as always helpful, friendly, and going out of their way to help above and beyond, without judging customers. They assist with finding sizes online or at other stores. However, on the women’s floor, shoppers sometimes have to shop around without being greeted immediately before getting help. Some departments and brands, like Chanel, are noted as being pretty expensive.
Sheryl was amazing! Introduced me to scents I would have never discovered on my own. Saks didn't have the one I decided on in stock, so she ordered it and it arrived at my home within 2 days.
