“I needed new bras, but knew it would be a good idea to be fitted before buying. I made an appointment at Nordstroms online, and met with Patricia (Patty) at the Nordstrom in Palm Beach Gardens. She provided me with bras to try on in order to see which fit was best b/c I was close to 2 sizes. I asked questions and conveyed my comfort and preferences. I was able to find bras that feel comfortable, fit well and look good under close fitting shirts. Thanks Patty! This is such an important thing for a woman to have done. JB”

“My favorite place to go for anything-home. all dishes pots and pans I never saw so much variety anywhere else. Furniture rugs art and bedding are great variety and it always something new.”

“They have a pretty good selection but the checkout counter took longer than it should have because they staff were focused more on the end of night duties and side conversations than getting the line out quickly. No one was rude but I had to stand through conversations of who had to do what to close and who didn't do what earlier during the shift. I work in retail so I have a customer first approach. It was about 30 minutes until the store closed and I had just gotten off work at the mall so I get it people are tired but its still important to focus on the transaction and quickly service guests so then you can get on with proper closing responsibilities.”
“I had such a wonderful experience with Kim and Jhonatan at the Chanel Fragrance counter inside Macy’s. They both went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift for my mother-in-law’s birthday, which was very important to me.
They were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They also did a beautiful job with the gift wrapping and decoration, making the present feel even more special.

“This is my favorite TJ MAXX store. It always has a nice selection of high end clothing in its RUNWAY section that’s near the front of the store. Employees are always friendly and helpful. I found a lovely pearl necklace on my recent visit. The employee was very nice and gave her honest opinion when I was trying to decide between two pearl necklaces.”

“Salvatore Ferragamo, an Italian luxury goods designer company. They specialize in leather goods, time pieces, clothing, belts, and my favorite shoes. For several weeks, I had been shopping for shoes for a potential business meeting that I was unsure would ever occur. I had visited this Ferragamo location twice, and it was my second visit that I found the most surprisingly enjoyable. The sales representative that assisted me was just wonderful and very accommodating. It was the best shopping experienced I have had ever, and I am not fond of shopping for myself at all. Although Ferragamo offers luxury high-end Italian goods, the store requires representation that lives up to their brand, and the sales representative that assisted me was that person”
