“This morning, my grandson and I helped his mother my daughter move from a large storage unit to a smaller storage unit at the Burns Road public storage facility the on duty manager this morning Nancy was absolutely outstanding. She not only helped my daughter move from a larger 10 x 10 to a 8 x 6 facility, but the storage unit that she moved to was just around the corner from the one she was giving up Nancy checked on us periodically during the course of the day and was gracious enough to allow my daughter to keep the lock and key that she had on the large unit and just use it on the smaller unit public storage is should be very pleased and happy to have an on-site manager like Nancy.
