About Verizon
This Verizon store provides absolutely amazing and professional customer service, with representatives described as fantastic, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Staff work hard to solve problems, help with setting up phones, porting, and obtaining orders, even multitasking with multiple customers. The store itself is nice and has everything needed. Overall, it is reviewed as the best Verizon store with 5-star service, though a note suggests more representatives could better accommodate clients.
