I went into the store to move a line from at@T to Verizon and upgraded my husband line only to get a 1300 phone bill I have no ideal what she done but I have been on the phone with Verizon everyday I think I need to return the phone and go back to at@t

They have a new policy where they will not look at your phone without you paying $30 up front. I paid. They did not fix the phone. The rep that tried was clearly a sales person; not a service person. He struggled with basic things I had to help with. Don't expect them to add value.
