“I just had my first visit with Fondren pet care and was so happy with the time and care they took with my beagle who is very sweet but terrified of the vet and becomes aggressive. After a traumatic experience at another vet, I decided to try Fondren. The vet and tech were very compassionate and patient with my dog. We were not rushed and they tried several different approaches to make him comfortable. Fondren is the only place I will be taking my dogs from now on.”

“Today was a first time that my boys Tie and Snoopy met Dr Janet Roque Torres. Tie has been having stomach issues and I thought it’s time to see a specialist. I was impressed with how organized helpful and pleasant were the technician Michele and Ashley they took their time to listen and ask many good questions about Tie before seeing a doctor. Immediately I felt comfortable and I knew that I was in good hands!!! When Dr RT came with the ultrasound results I was even more impressed with her knowledge and how well she communicated to me what is going on with my boy and what needs to be done. She explained to me in a great detail the cause of Tie stomach issue and had solutions and a plan to get him back to health. I really appreciated how kind and relatable she was she took her time explaining the situation and I knew that she really understand me and my concerns. Dr RT many years of experience and dedication is only one of her qualities she also has dogs and was able to share some of her experiences with me which made meeting her that much better. I felt that my boy is in good hands and her energy and calmness relaxed my nerves Dr. RT is an amazing at what she does and she loves her patients. After the appointment I immediately called my sister her and I do not have children so our boys are our babies and told her that I found an amazing Internal Specialist and I feel realize I finally will be able to bring my boy back to health.”
“I had a very scary emergency on Saturday morning with my senior rabbit, his regular vet was not available and I was recommended to take him here. Dr Pam and her team took such good care of us even though I was a total wreck. They saw us immediately (on a Saturday!) and did not charge us any extra fees for this. He is doing much better already, and I'm so thankful for their care and compassion. Highly recommend for exotic pet owners!”
