“We cannot say enough wonderful things about Summit Boulevard Animal Hospital. Our 13-year-old black Lab was found to have multiple large tumors on her spleen and needed a splenectomy. Given her age, we were incredibly scared, but the team at Summit made us feel like she was in the best possible hands.
They successfully performed her surgery and truly gave our girl another chance at life. Seeing her recover and get back to being herself has been the greatest gift, and we are beyond grateful for the extra time we now have with her.

“Everything about this clinic was wonderful; the front desk staff were very welcoming, and Dr Cristina Braun And her technician were very kind and very thorough. It was my dog's first visit to a vet clinic, and they handled him beautifully. They followed up promptly with the blood results and radiographs.
The clinic is easy to find, with a nice quiet parking lot and beautiful view over the lake.

“We took our 2 cats in today for annual shots. They are indoor cats and not used to anyone but my husband and I. They cried all the way to the vet after we wrestled them into their cat carriers. Once we went in the exam room, they were perfect little angels! No hissing, biting or swatting Dr. Miller or his staff. They didn't even flinch when they got their shots! Our appointment could not have been better from the nice young lady who answered the phone to set up the appointment to Dr. Miller and his tech. Dr. Miller answered all our questions and was so patient with us. Highly recommend him for all your pet needs!”

“My 11 yr old Shepherd Mix " Shadow" was seen today by Dr.DeRooy, and although my dog seemed nervous he was very well behaved. He had an exam, bldwrk, urinalysis, and it was determined Shadow had a UTI which we were given antibiotics for and I was so relieved it wasn't anything worse. This place is EPIC! Starting from the front desk staff, I'm sorry I didn't remember the names to the young lady who brought him back.. they were very welcoming. Dr. DeRooy was very informative and I think we found our new Vet! Recommend to anyone -well worth the visit! Thank you!!”

“As a puppy , we took our dog here. We live in point beach and the doctor is north of Okeechobee Boulevard on military trail. It's quite a drive just to go to the vet. Well , I gotta tell you that it's well worth the trip. The office is a little out of the way , but well worth the trip. I took our dog missy , who is a mixed breed shitzu , and Maltese. She's Nine years old and in pretty good health. So this was a well dog visit with 2 shots. That. Was around one hundred dollars. I figure we saved A good two hundred dollars Bye Making the drive back to our original vet. Doctor Coi Is very thorough and has vast knowledge of veterinary medicine. We will faithfully return to the office and if you want my advice make the drive and take your pet there , it's well worth the trip. If nothing else be prepared to save money.”

“Dr. Tarricone and the whole team including the front desk staff, nurses and surgery team were so wonderful with our dog and us. Neil had a large tumor on his liver and also a mass on his spleen. He had both removed and is back to our sweet boy. He is older and we were considering not putting him through it but Dr Tarricone was very supportive, reassuring and confident that he would do well. The consult with him was comforting in an anxious time. Dr Tarricone spoke to us directly several times throughout the process, and I never felt rushed when asking him questions. He is thorough and professional. Overnight the nurses sent me photos of our boy and kept me updated on his progress. Very happy with our experience at VCA. Thank you for treating our boy like your own. Some of the reviews initially made me nervous but after digging into them, the majority of the negative ones are price related. We went in knowing what the services cost so we were prepared and also understand these things aren’t inexpensive. I did not feel pressured into anything unnecessary cost wise.”

“I had to make one of the toughest decisions a human must make with their fur baby last week (9/8/2026) to put my yorkie Harley to rest! The team at Paws2help was so kind and compassionate. They explained everything they were doing and how it would be administered. The exam room was so calming and it was a peaceful experience. I would love to add names to this review but I was truly a mess that day and was doing my best to keep it together. Thank you to the male Hispanic receptionist at the check in counter, to the sweetest blonde vet assistant (who also has a yorkie)and to the Doctor with the blue in her hair! “I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! There's nothing bad to speak of. Not only did they save my dogs life (no exaggeration), but they were amazing and kind human beings, extremely supportive during an emotional time. They were BEYOND understanding in so many ways. They allowed me to focus on my baby when I needed to, and were NOT high pressure and money-driven, like most vets.
HUGE SHOUTOUT AND MUCH LOVE to Dr. Grossman who found the issue and Dr. Cuba, the surgeon, who was SO supportive, encouraging, skilled, caring, ALL THE THINGS.
They truly care. They're extremely fair with pricing. I will never take my kiddos to another vet again. We love you guys!!!”
