“Awesome experience. Super fast loading.Don’t pull in the exit by the docks, pull in so you’re parallel to the building. If there are other trucks in the docks it’s a tight fit.I was scheduled to pickup at the Okeelanta/South Bay location. After two hours of waiting at the Okeelanta location I finally back into a dock, twenty minutes later the shipper comes out and says they don’t have the type of bulk sugar I’m supposed to pickup. So they say go to the Riviera Beach location, “we already called and they’re pulling your product now.”Uh huh, I get to Riviera Beach and they say I should be at Okeelanta, they don’t know why they sent you here. However, because the shipper at Riviera Beach wears a cape and has an S on his chest, he went ahead and canceled my current load and entered a completely new bol into the system with Riviera Beach as the shipper, ran it up the chain, got it approved, and called my company to make sure everyone was on the same page.At this point I’m thinking this is too good to be true and he’s just trying to let my guard down so he can hit me with a shovel, but it all worked out.In and out in under 90 minutes. That includes us talking, me crying, and him issuing a new bol.”
