“I was thoroughly impressed with pretty much every aspect of this Northern Trust branch except how early they close, 4pm. However, this is a bank and they work bankers hours. It's located on Palm Beach Island, very easy to locate. Just take the Okeechobee Blvd bridge across to the island and continue along half a mile and on the corner of Royal Palm Way and Hibiscus ave. you will find the building in which it is located. If you turn right on Hibiscus you will immediately find 3 or 4 designated free parking spaces, 1 hour limit but that shouldn't be a problem. The staff are experienced, professional, and genuinely pleasant. I had 2 checks that I needed to have cashed which were issued from that bank. I made it with about 15 minutes to spare and they quickly cashed my checks and I was on my way. I like conducting business here as everyone is nice. The office is small but has an open floor plan which makes the office appear larger. I will definitely return to this location in the future.”
