“We visited the Roller Rabit store in Palm Beach during our trip to Orlando. As my youngest daughter was celebrating her birthday that month, she chose an exclusive model from this store. Unfortunately, they didn't have her size. Later, it was agreed that when more inventory would be arriving the following week, they would reserve one for my birthday girl.When, I called to check the following week, the pajamas had not been reserved, I was sadly surprised. However, when speaking on the phone with another attendant called Keona, who was beyond professional, kind, and efficient she found the last pair of pajamas in the size we wanted. She was so kind and gave me all the directions to finalize the purchase and yesterday we received an impeccable package in Idaho with my daughter's birthday present on it.The receipt even had a big thank you and happy birthday written by keona. I highly recommend this store and brand I will always be grateful for the attention and professional service that Keona provided us.”
