You can get a Lily bag of your choice hand painted. 2. Custom make a dress chose a silhouette that is best for your body type. Lately there was new pieces here I had never seen before any where else. “1-15-24 Came to Palm Beach for the day and came to Worth Avenue to do a little shopping. Ralph Lauren is a favorite of mine for clothing as well as bedding. So as we entered the one first door in it landed us in the men's clothing area. We took the elevator up to the second floor to see the bedding. Beautifully displayed bed and lots to choose from. This bedding is one of my favorites and the softness of the sheets and quality is perfect. They will last forever. I took photos of the display as I am trying to decide how to decorate my new home and it definitely gave me choices. This way I can call them to ship when I am ready. As we made our way downstairs back down the elevator we made our way through the ladies area. They had an extensive range that would wardrobe you day until evening just beautiful.”

“Love this store! Everything about it is outstanding! Previously I shopped at there Jupiter location but decided I needed to stop at their larger location while in Palm Beach....and so glad that I did! Staff was super helpful, even removing a dress from a mannequin for me to try. I tried on at least six different styles and purchased two of the dresses I tried. Staff outside dressing room were there to give their opinions and assist with zip up and down. I had limited time or I'm certain I would have purchased more. Love this store, it's staff, and all the beautiful clothing. Bringing my beautiful stepdaughters in the next time I'm in town and treating them to a dress or two a piece. A must stop when you are in town! There is a treasure to be found there by every woman! Go! You are sure to enjoy this Palm Beach treasure.”

However, my experience with this particular Tory Burch store was definitely not 3.8 stars worthy. I received nothing but 5 star service. After looking online, and seeing that the item I wanted was 80 miles from my home, I decided to call. Im so glad I did. JORDAN was the staff member that took my call. She verified my item was in stock and completed the order over the phone. What sets this young lady apart is that even though my order was complete, she decided to go above and beyond and text me my tracking info and a picture of my item wrapped up and ready for delivery. THIS is what I call World Class Customer Service. Not sure if anyone at Tory Burch reads this, but if you do, keep that young lady at all costs.
