My husband purchased my engagement ring here, and the team tailored both the design and the stone to exactly what he had envisioned. They were communicative throughout the process, delivered on time, and the final ring was exquisite. I still remember how happy he was when he picked it up, even though he could not show it to me yet.
Paul and Beth have been wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable, kind, patient, and never oversell. They take the time to understand what you are looking for and consult and help you find the right piece with genuine interest.
What also stands out is that Hamilton keeps a beautiful variety of inventory year round, not just during Palm Beach’s season. When other jewelers on the island turned us away due to limited inventory, Hamilton welcomed us warmly and had plenty to show. This is true of all their pieces even watches.
As a historic, family owned jeweler, their culture really shows in the way they treat customers. There is a level of pride, expertise, and personal service that is so appreciated.
We liked them so much that we returned to purchase our wedding rings there as well. Every time we visit, they even offer to sparkle up my ring, which is such a lovely touch.
In our opinion, Hamilton is by far the best jeweler on the island. The quality, service, craftsmanship, inventory, and care for their customer base are exceptional and we’ll likely be purchasing our family jewelry there for a long time to come.”
