“WOW! I called and spoke to Christine on the phone to inquire about having my watch battery changed. She was very nice on the phone and said I can stop by and they could take care of it. Previously I shopped at there Jupiter location but decided I needed to stop at their larger location while in Palm Beach....and so glad that I did! Staff was super helpful, even removing a dress from a mannequin for me to try. I tried on at least six different styles and purchased two of the dresses I tried. Staff outside dressing room were there to give their opinions and assist with zip up and down. I had limited time or I'm certain I would have purchased more. Love this store, it's staff, and all the beautiful clothing. Bringing my beautiful stepdaughters in the next time I'm in town and treating them to a dress or two a piece. “I have a collection of luxury watches, mostly Rolex models. However, I have wanted a Cartier de Santos watch since 1987. This past weekend after learning more about the watch and its history, I felt compelled to simply go and get one!And I did. Ali was very helpful and efficient. I looked at the watch in the display case and knew that I preferred the Medium for my wrist size and it’s perfect. I purchased the watch and a fine gentleman showed me how to remove links and change the band.I wasn’t sure if I’d like the watch after I got it, but I must say, I really enjoy wearing it. And, it keeps time perfectly!It’s nice to walk into a Boutique and simply buy what you want, unlike Rolex where you typically have to wait months for the model you want. But, I do miss the buying experience you get at other luxury watch boutiques.I highly recommend the Cartier de Santos to anyone still considering it.”
