They listen, pay attention to detail, and are attentive and knowledgeable. The level of personal attention and care is beyond expectations, making it feel like having a personal stylist or shopper. The team is wonderful and goes out of their way to ensure customers leave with exactly what they need, including for special occasions and themed parties. They are skilled at finding pieces that fit perfectly. The packaging is also noted as super. This location is considered by far the best and a favorite, with service that ensures customers would never shop Theory anywhere else.

It was my first time, walking In to this store, but Maria was so helpful and friendly answering all my questions, I totally give a five star ⭐️ if you ever visit the store I’ll recommend you ask for Maria she is wonderful!!! ☺️☺️☺️

I recently shopped at theory palm beach and had the best experience! Courtney and her team were nothing short of amazing! I haven’t received customer service like this in a long time and would never shop theory anywhere else.
